bk35 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations as a Player

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. bk35 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the Player cannot demonstrate compliance with this requirement.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Access to bk35 is intended for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so at their own risk and in potential violation of local laws. bk35 makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are legal in any jurisdiction other than those in which it operates. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the bk35 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact bk35 support immediately.

2.4 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. bk35 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

bk35 operates a Know Your Customer process in compliance with anti-money-laundering best practices. Players may be required to submit identity documents — such as a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification — before withdrawals can be processed or when account activity triggers a verification review. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is concluded.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. bk35 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password not used on any other service. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify bk35 support immediately by email at [email protected]. bk35 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the Account. bk35 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. bk35 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts as permitted by applicable procedures, provided that reasonable notice is given to the Player at the email address or mobile number registered to the Account. Inactivity fees will not reduce an Account balance below zero.

3.4 Account Currency

The default operating currency for bk35 Accounts registered by players in Bangladesh is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All balances, deposit confirmations, wagering requirements, and withdrawal amounts are displayed in BDT unless otherwise stated on a specific promotional page.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Processing Times

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player's Account must be fully verified; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn; (c) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method in the Player's own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted; (d) bk35 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.

4.6 Prohibited Transactions

Players must not use the bk35 Platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. Deposits made with stolen payment credentials, chargebacks after receiving gaming services, or any other form of payment fraud will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the bonus-plus-deposit amount, as specified per promotion. Only real-money wagers placed after the bonus is credited count toward fulfilling wagering requirements unless the promotion terms state otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date or a time window within which wagering requirements must be completed. Unused or unexpired bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements by the stated deadline will be forfeited automatically. bk35 is not obligated to reinstate forfeited bonus funds under any circumstances.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

bk35 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or claw back any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the Player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional structures. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended and all associated winnings forfeited.

5.5 Promotional Changes

bk35 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to Player Accounts at the time of any change. New promotions are published on the Platform and apply from their stated effective date.

6 Games & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

11 Termination

11.1 Termination by bk35

bk35 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable promotion terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including payment fraud, bonus abuse, or account manipulation;
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Use of the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations that prevent bk35 from continuing to provide services to the Player;
• Any behaviour that bk35 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Players, or bk35's reputation.

Where an Account is closed due to verified fraud, all remaining funds including real-money balances may be forfeited. In all other cases of termination by bk35, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC review.

11.2 Termination by the Player

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting bk35 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bk35 will process any pending withdrawal of verified real-money funds to the Player's registered payment method. Account closure does not affect any obligations already incurred by either party prior to the closure date.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bk35 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
